Tube Micrometers are designed for measuring the wall thickness of tubing and other parts with cylindrical walls. They are also useful for measuring from a hole to an edge. Starrett manufactures Mechanical and Electronic options.

569 Tube Micrometers - 0-1"/0-25MM

The mechanical tube micrometer 569 features a rigid steel "half" frame with smooth black enamel finish. Anvil diameter = 0.185". The Starrett satin chrome finish results in no glare and resists rust. An advanced sleeve design with staggered lines and distinct figures deliver precise and easy readability.

The electronic 769.1 is built with all the same features, and is equipped with an RS232 output - ideal for use with the DataSure Wireless Data Collection System. This advanced model features large, easy-to-read .275" (7mm) tall characters, and a high contrast LCD digital readout. A built-in wireless version is available.
