Taper Gages

Taper gages are precision ground to a specific thickness which corresponds to a graduation on the side of the tool. Often used in slots and dimensioning recesses of parts.

SHOP TAPER GAGES

These gages are for determining hole sizes in dies and all kinds of other work . Graduations are in thousandths of an inch or 0.02mm. They are made of tempered steel with a locking device for fixing any leaf in position for use.
